Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Design Services

The fees for our design packages (e.g., Single Basic Plan) are for services rendered and are non-refundable once the design process has begun. This includes the initial consultation and the creation of any design documents like mood boards, 2D layouts, or 3D visualizations.

2. Subscription Services

For our Monthly and Annual subscription plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to our services will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel a service or subscription, please contact our support team at support@homedesignia.com. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.

4. Exceptions

In the rare event that we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any such considerations are at the sole discretion of HomeDesignia.
