1. Service-Based Business
HomeDesignia is primarily a service-based business focused on interior design and consultation. As such, traditional shipping of physical goods is not applicable to most of our services. Our deliverables, such as design plans, 2D layouts, and 3D renderings, are delivered electronically.
2. Electronic Delivery
All design documents and consultation materials will be delivered to you via email or through a secure client portal. You will receive an email notification once your design package is ready for review. There are no shipping charges for electronic deliveries.
3. Physical Goods & Materials
In cases where our service includes the procurement and delivery of physical items (e.g., furniture, decor, materials for execution), the following applies:
- Delivery Coordination: We will coordinate the delivery of all physical goods to your project site.
- Timelines: Delivery timelines for physical goods will be communicated to you as part of the project plan. These timelines are estimates and can be affected by vendor availability and other external factors.
- Delivery Charges: Any applicable delivery or freight charges from third-party vendors will be included in your project quote and billed to you transparently. We do not add markup to these charges.
4. Project Execution
For full-service projects, our team will be on-site to receive and inspect all deliveries, ensuring that the correct items arrive in good condition. We manage the entire logistics process so you don’t have to.
